Q + A

When should I arrive to Maui?

That is completely up to you. You can arrive as early as you want and leave whenever you want. This is a vacation for you too!

What should I expect to pay for?

Your flights and accommodations. Treat this trip as a vacation for yourselves. We need you for the guest's welcome dinner the evening before the wedding, and, the actual wedding day. The rest is for you to enjoy the island.

What hotel are the bride and groom staying at?

AirBnB close to the event. In the travel section of our website, we provide options for you to choose from at different price points. AirBnB is much cheaper than a hotel. Sharing costs with other guests is cheapest. Consider house/room sharing with others.

How do we get around?

If you want to be mobile, it is strongly suggested that you rent a car at the airport. Maui is the second largest island of Hawaii. Uber and Lyft are available in Maui, but, can be quite expensive. Do your research on this.

When can we arrive at the Kaanapali Beach Resort for the wedding ceremony?

The ceremony will take place at the Naupaka Lawn at the Kaanapali Beach Resort. Plan on arriving at 5pm to enjoy Champagne and refreshments. If you arrive earlier than that, we may just put you to work :P

Can I bring a guest?

Short answer: No. This is a very private ceremony with strict limitations on the capacity in the private lawn. If you want to bring a guest, the ceremony is already at capacity. Plus ones can view from an outlying area and meet up afterwards. Thank you for understanding <3
